The POD = “People Of Diversity”. The communal exchange of the employees will be added to the POD databank to create an algorithm for better workplace communication.

Step 1 - Team member work habits, etc. are imputted in POD. Step 2 - Discussion of POD data collection on diversity issues. Step 3 - An algorithm is created to help POD communication. Step 4 - Team members are managed via the POD algorithm. Step 5 - POD discussions help establish team member unity.
