Learning EXchange
LEX is a free online platform.. Learn what you need in exchange for teaching others what they need.

Everyone needs to develop his/her skills to improve him/herself, hence the importance of life long learning and continuous training.

Distance learning using the Internet has become available and accessible to many.. But it can be expensive in some cases, and may be inappropriate in many cases because it is often generally and does not take into account the actual needs of each individual.

There is a great importance of direct contact between the teacher and the learner, taking into account the level of the learner and his abilities, and to identify his needs and demands. All this leads to the success of the learning process and achieve the benefit of the learner.

Everyone who needs to learn new skills certainly has many skills and experience in his/her field, which makes him/she qualified to teach others what they really need.

My idea is that the person receiving the courses he/she needs, will in turn teach others the courses they need.

Therefore, LEX (Learning EXchange) will be created as a dynamic integrated platform for those interested in learning and able to teach.

Each member, once subscribed to LEX, will identify the areas he/she wants to learn as well as the fields that he/she can teach.

How would you stage or advertise your hack?

Learning will be free, but LEX member must teach other members in exchange for learning from them.

This does not mean that the service will be reciprocal between the same persons A & B.. Here emerges the role of LEX, which serves as a coordinator between members.

when member A teaches member B, A earns a set of points predetermined by him/her as a course fee, which is deducted from B's account. These points can be spent later by A to attend a course held by C.

LEX allows the possibility of direct communication between A and B to determine B's precise needs, planning the program of the course and its timing. They can also re-estimate the price (points) after a negotiation process.

In addition to the initial points earned by each member once he/she participates in LEX, A can earn more points after a positive evaluation from B and vice versa. These points are not deducted from either A or B, but as a bonus provided by LEX according to specific criteria.
