Conclusion

Office menagement can give awards to employees who wants to learn. This can be seen as a little more free time.

Solution

Employees will get points with each presentation, lecture, workshop or tutorials held. All employees who attend will get some points. By the weekend employee can exchange its points for a free time for further learning.

How would you stage or advertise your hack?

Each award is there to motivate the employee. Employees will share knowledge, prepare events and interact in mutual support in working environment.
