Often talent is dormant within us, there is no right input to make it emerge. There are no environmental conditions to draw on this resource. I believe that when we are pushed to the limit, when the situation reaches "its peak", determination and perseverance are not enough to resolve the issue, but we need an extra spark. Whoever has this spark within himself can illuminate his path, "get out of trouble" with an innate ability that instinctively takes over. This is INNATE TALENT.

Basically everyone has an innate talent, but often we have no way to "unleash him". The work environment often does not push us to the point of drawing on this resource, for many reasons: laziness, work mechanics that becomes routines, lack of motivations and lack of challenges. We must find the way to reach the limit, to unleash something within us. Both in our life and in work. Once we discover that we can draw on this "power" we can understand how to exploit it and benefit from it.
The idea is to create work tasks that push us to the limit with a goal that cannot be reached in the set time. Seems crazy. The important thing is not to reach the goal. Our goal is to see how far we can get to the goal. The task is a team effort, and before starting each one writes its personal goal on a piece of paper. At the end of the work the colleagues open the sheet and see who has exceeded their goal. The prize is the awareness of understanding how far we can go and what is our talent.
How would you stage or advertise your hack?
The system (company) proposes a challenge, a task that goes beyond our capabilities. If you accept the challenge you will be placed in a work group. Knowing the alleged talent of your fellow workers will help you, but the most important thing is to find out your talent, which will take you over the edge. But what drives you to participate? All employees will be given a statuette of a rocket. If you find it on your desk it means that some of your colleagues believe that you have the hidden talent to face the challenge. You will be stimulated to participate. This symbol of "trust" will immediately frighten you, but it will ignite within you the conviction of being able to do it. The goal is to trigger a mechanism of "ego stimulation" that invites us to put ourselves to the test, to get out of the routines and our comfort zone. To look at each other and to discover our true abilities, our latent talent.
