Observation

Every people give a a tie around 3-5 minutes to share what their finding and what need to Improve for next month. We escape from current shoes and talk as part of company.

Conclusion

With listening sharing and wishing from all level will be a great input for stake holder to make decision and create new strategy to achieve more. For collar people will raise confident level and appreciate because they are pioneer and front line for making production

Solution

Doing evaluation with listening problem directly from real holder will help Management to make decision for next project. With detect problem from point of original will coming correct solution and preventive for next. This will less the gap between team from different department.
