Solution

A chalkboard placed into they office, work stations, and break places will involve you and encourage you to express what is in your mind, in this way everyone will see specific needs of each area and also the skills developed for each collaborator.

How would you stage or advertise your hack?

Will be funny and enriching to get feedback from others and provide answers and tips to increase the skills. This is an "open book" everyone will be free to write what they need in any moment.
