With today’s work environment and platform for learning, companies have an increased responsibility for their employees formal and experiential skills. By enabling, equipping and harnessing 'Goddard system of learning' for their employees they'll have a different attitude toward learning and development. Without a collaborative and innovative learning environment for NASA /Goddard Space Flight Center employees, significant discoveries and scientific advancements would not have been possible. When a learning-loop created for NASA to encourage continual learning (Goddard system of learning) its implementation have produced significant cultural changes in how learning happens within the agency and thus can definitely facilitate future learning in every company.
Goddard system of learning include practices, Pause and Learn (PAL), Knowledge Sharing Workshops, Case Studies, Common Lessons Learned, GOLD Rules and The Road to Mission Success. A dedicated e-learning platform of the company is available for employees access where a management team/administrators will be able to track employees taking the course and how they are progressing with it. Learning experience will be more streamlined as employees will access each course from the same portal.

Goddard System of Learning dedicated e-learning platform would be vital and beneficial for companies who are offering the majority of their professional development learning opportunities digitally.
A dedicated e-learning platform, the Goddard System of Learning is available for employees access where a management team/administrators will be able to track employees taking the course and how they are progressing with it. Encourage employee to use the e-learning platform during their free time, after work, lunch break, etc. Learning experience will be more streamlined as employees will access each course from the same portal.
Once an employee have successfully finished the Goddard System of Learning, a recognition through the company bulletin board, company social media sites, newsletters, etc. would be posted as having completed the course.
