Observation

People come and go, companies evolve, get sold and keep on living for decades and hundreds of years. Each and every employee brings something fresh to the company, a vision, a new learning tactic, the brain power, a funny side, each and every employee represents a part of that history. But just like in wikipedia, some remain in the history, most of them are forgotten through time.

Conclusion

The company needs all of its brain power to evolve through time. New employees need inspiration to grow at the workplace and discover their tru potential.

Solution

The Legacy - the workplace tree with all the people who worked and work at the company. Some moved jobs, some climbed the stairs of work, some got to work on new projects with their own teams, but all of them have something in common, all of them learned a new skill in time. The tree does not represent only the people, but the skills they learned or got taught about, the books they read through time.

How would you stage or advertise your hack?

Newly employeed people are inducted into the companies tree as soon as they are hired. Each day they work they are inspired by their precedesors or by their coleagues, through the skills aquired, the books read, the projects developed. Each account represents a legacy in the making, represents a branch of the company tree.
