The concept can be seen in two different ways:

At first , the Earth surrounded by the HIV virus structure, expresses the need for understanding and awareness. The real fact is that HIV is a global problem, no matter where in the entire world.

Secondly, trough the eyes of a sick person, the world can no longer remain a safe  and beautiful place. We only have to acknowledge that in order to protect ourselves and others.
