For 2022’s Sping Limited Shower Gel Edition, this beauty brand sought for a consumer-centric on-packaging design reflexing their joyful spirit. Our risk proof approach due to learnings from the pilot project helped ideate disruptive and innovative designs.
Based on learnings from our previous pilot project, we took a risk proof approach to achieve original and cutting-edge designs. Prior to the project we conducting consumer research in order to identify market trends and connect with the brand’s target research. The project was divided into two phases including the curation of top professionals and running consumer validation in the first phase and fine-tuning the top designs in the second phase.
For the second phase, the brand is looking to explore two different special self-care moments that will transform their consumers' bathroom into a Spa! jovoto curated 7 diverse graphic packaging and label designers from 4 different countries and invited them to come up with uplifting packaging label design concepts.
The client chose 3 design routes they'd like to have further developed. These 3 creatives moved onto the next phase because of their unique take on the challenge and the brand match and story their routes told. In this phase, they were tasked to further refine their chosen route but also apply their design on the other SKU.
The creative team came up with a total of 7 ideas and bewondered us with their design style, quality, and storytelling skills. The final designs went into consumer validation and one might end up on the shelves soon ;)
