Solution

Time crawls along on just another day in the bank branch offices when two phones beep. Two bankers check their phones, look at each other and -- suddenly they are off on a race, sprinting through the corridors and out the building, jumping into their sports cars, they race each other through the city and fly through a gate of a mansion. Back in the office, the other workers look at the screens of the phones the bankers dropped. It shows twitter with a post: "Hugh Hefner: Who can borrow me some money?". Back at the mansion, it is Hugh Hefner's mansion, and the bankers are talking to Hef, surrounded by models in swimming suits. Back in the office, colleagues are creating twitter accounts.

Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?

The idea is that two bankers (the Digital Leaders) land a dream account, making their colleagues curious about these digital tools. Packaged in a fast-paced action movie.
