Humor/persiflage. Deutsche Bank is like a "James Bond" character. At the start, he gets all sorts of social networking tools from a "Mr. Q", tools he'll need to blow up things. He leaves the offices, flirts with the "Miss Moneypenny" character and goes out on a frantic adventure racing cars, motorboats, planes, skiing, as he uses the digital tools the "Digital Leader Mr. Q gave him in order to complete his mission, which is to defeat Fintechnia who is out to destroy his organization.

Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?

This story is really an analogy, metaphor for Deutsche Bank competing with and fighting off Fintech.

See description. A persiflage on a James Bond movie, over-the-top high-paced action, fast chases, explosions, action, beautiful ladies, and the protagonist, who got digital tools from the Mr. Q character, ends up defeating the villain with that.
