The Digital Change in told as romantic fairy tale. A young naked couple has to grow with the challenges faced at an unknown place. The unknown place stands for the digital transformation of Deutsche Bank. The young naked couple represents the bankers that have concerns and fear when thinking about the upcoming change of their working place. A Digital Leader in disguise of a wise moon narrates the story. He brings light into the situation and takes care of them. The Digital Leader emphasizes that arranging with a change works best if you open up to it from the inside.

Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?

The digital transformation is shown from the employee's point of view, that feel left alone and unprepared, simply naked at an unknown place. The Digital Leader shows up as wise moon to bring light into the situation and taking care of them.

Please provide a summary of your film script/storyboard:

The Digital Leader in disguise of a wise moon tells the story, which is a parody of the movie Blue Lagoon. The employees are stranded at an unknown place faced with challenges and opportunities. Initial desperation and hopelessness turn into bravery and curiosity. They start to explore their new environment and learn to profit from it. In the end the romantic story is placed into an office situation, where all the characters appear as bankers again, mentally ready for the Digital Change.

What makes your film poster and script special?

Visually the poster raises attention through a scenery totally apart from banking. The employees play the main characters in the story, which is told as romantic science fiction fairy tale. The character development after a dramatic change is positive. Female and male employes are equally addressed.
