Solution

A comical take on the idea that anyone can become a Digital Leader - in this case, an unassuming Janitor. An 80's style dumb-wit, feel-good movie. The poster encompasses the genre and spirit of a comedy movie about a bank that must entice the average employee of the company by depicting a simple yet friendly 'go with the flow' character.

Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?

This poster reaches out to the casual, fun side of the viewers by not taking itself so seriously. Imagined for use in the Deutsch Bank offices.

Please provide a summary of your film script/storyboard:

In a classic case of mistaken identity, the unassuming Janitor applies to be promoted for a 'real job' at the company, only to find himself promoted to the highest position of them all - President! He unknowingly looks exactly like the new president at Deutsche Bank, and all whilst talking about 'cleaning up the place' his colleagues are mistaking him for a genius. Before the real boss arrives, he has managed to put in place a series of principles that actually do improve the company!

What makes your film poster and script special?

Proposed as a refreshing, light hearted take on the brief. The moral is that anyone can be a digital leader.
