The fear of the unknown is natural. This is why I made a comparison of the world when we didn't own smartphones with the life nowadays. I think, in the same way, technology is influencing our lives at work: at first we are skeptical, then it turns out we don't want to do things in a different (old) way anymore!
Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?
The poster is designed as accessible, friendly, and optimistic. The inside of a person's silhouette should be either transparent or cut out. The whole thing should be printed as a sticker and put on the mirrors in DB, for example in elevators. In this way employees would see themselves as main characters of the script. It may be a fun opportunity to, for instance, take a selfie and share on an internal social network (Newsgator or other if DB uses one) in order to express support for the cause.
Please provide a summary of your film script/storyboard:
I see it as a short animated video: a voiceover tells the whole story. Most important words, phrases or sentences appear in the animation in a dynamic manner. Hand drawings, like on the poster, are used to emphasize valid points in the voiceover. The whole thing leaves the spectator amused, inspired, and positive towards the cause.
What makes your film poster and script special?
It centers around a person, each and every DB employee. It is deprived of the pompous tone and cliche words like "challenge", "opportunity" etc., that are negatively received in corporations because they're used too often. It is simple and fun, what, hopefully, makes it easy to remember.
Are all parts of the design 100% your original work or did you use any stock or third party material? If yes, please link all stock, fonts and Creative Commons material here:
