The institution to open its doors to an effective alliance with all those who need financial services. With the focus on the individual, which may be your client, customer of other bank, not the customer, potential customer, employee's own DB, or an avatar, or a machine, a robot, a smart contract ... All Digital Ecosystem where the DB is inserted. For this, the DB has to internally put many questions. So that the transformation process can be embodied by the employees. Why not? Welcome everyone. Why not? Know your customer personally. Why not? Go out ... and meet the neighborhood. Why not? Zoom out from our clients. Why not? Invite your colleague for walking. Why not? To be a facilitator. And thus through the collective clearing, build trust.
Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?
The open doors represent an open mind that digital leadership must have. And an alliance because we intend to invoke all for a common goal. A strong leadership is seen in a strong alliance.

A group of friends from various countries of Europe, have same business together and resolve through sharing the income use of incomeshraed.com for consolidating needs of payment versus need to receive and improving liquidity.Show real time system can be inclusive and bring new clients to DB through GraphDB Technologies.The film will have a representation of the interaction between the character representing the list of events/actions, then an animation of the process clearing in real time.
What makes your film poster and script special?
Both show that the spirit of leadership have to focus on socialization of actions that the services have to mix with the actions of everyday life, the real problems in real time and without us giving for him. The mixture of social media for financial services will increase more and more. So the only and inevitable way is to be social.
