A positive invitation to join the accelerator-program ! A clear name and a positive push, visualised with a portrait of a modern-day-working woman and one polaroid of this woman/ employee, which shows her boxing(in version1, which is her Motivation-polaroid), in version 2, she is seen "double". On the right as professional:clear,sharp and openas well Her "mirror" image on the left is still in working clothes- is easy and experiments, she in both cases has fun with the challenges! She already joined the accelerator program and masters it everyday! Version 3 is the "pure" version with sole focus on the clean modern portrait and the impact of the personality, the title, hashtag and tonality.

Please explain how your poster brings the idea of digital leadership to life?

mainly via the strong title: "ZUKUNFT EVERYDAY" as well as with the tonality and the setting placing the idea in the heart of every employees daily like

Please provide a summary of your film script/storyboard:

We follow the employees start into the day, some healthy food&coffee are eaten(seen just in quick glances, over her shoulder)her kid gets dropped to school by her on the way to the office, she enters the building(modern, lots of glass), greets people in her office starts the computer, glances over her desk, sees some images, rests on her boxing-polaroid, which is her motivation and at the same time kick-start into a day with the accelerator program, code and diagrams appear on the screen.

What makes your film poster and script special?

It is personal, close and focuses on a "normal employees" day, it shows an effective way to work on the future... everyday! The poster gives a positive "TAKE IT ON!" (included hashtag) "Let's do it!" vibe.
