POKÉJOB FLOAT will be a platform, where companies can seed a POKÉJOB TASK (analog to a Pokemon Go Monster) in a defined location (e.g. a shortterm rented pop-up-office in the centre of Berlin) and lure the experts they need (filtered by skills and experience) to the space to collectively work on a specific task (e.g develop an app or to knit a giant scarf).

Thank you for your awesome idea, I love that small jobs are visualized as Pokemon which need to be caught.
You make a point that there is a need to develop new formats for short-term project based work. I agree that a rapid change in location will play a big role in this area.
Your next step will be to take your idea a step further and think about what such a pop up space could look like. Could it also be set up at a company campus? What could such a space provide for the digital nomads? Would there be collaboration among the people or would they fight for the few Pokejobs?

of course :) it's all virtual and enables an employer from e.g. Berlin to set up a POKEJOB in San Francisco , because that's where the right people for the Job live.
