Solution

Somewhere on the way we forgot that we are humans not robots.There is so much wrong with work environment it is astonishing. It seems like it was constructed against workers not in their favour. It is time space designers, interior designers and all kind of designers, hand in hand with sociologists, found what makes us wanna work and constructed a friendly, productive and enjoyable offices. Also it is also the high time we consider the work itself. Workers should have more independence and responsibility, and be supported by their teams to produce outstanding results.

We do love working, just it isn't always working well. Hierarchic, stressful, belittling atmosphere at work make us wanna run away. But we know we are capable of great things, just let us.
