My idea is mainly to create an online sharing platform, which will make working tools easily usable and more accessible to everyone.

The aim is reducing the cost of the work, by sharing own tools and fostering people to relax taking more breaks during works. The main reason is that most of the people believe that free time can be maximized by transforming passions and attitudes into a real job. The goal would be making comfortable own work environment, optimizing the time, and relentlessly devoting own self to work, while pursuing own passions. That's right and that's fine, but it may become a trap. Personally, I love drawing, but during periods of stress, I try to have a break without touching any pencils or pen tablets. Unfortunately, most of my earnings are spent to finance the purchase of tools to work, and sometimes they are very expensive. What I would like to propose is inviting people to better balance leisure and work time, sharing their tools, when they are relaxing. For this reason, a breakthrough innovation should be: fostering people to improve the quality of the work to the extent to say "Relax" by promoting the share of the tools. For example, a photographer when he is relaxing would make available for a few hours, or a few days a camera lens or a particular machine body. Similarly, a designer may provide a tablet, as well as, a farmer a specific tractor. There are no limitations on the particular employment sector because the future is in the mental attitude to share. To conclude, companies would not suffer from any losses, because funds and time will be engaged to buy and share tools, increasingly various and competitive. This would encourage cultural exchanges among people and it will result in a major competitiveness and quality of life.
