Solution

UPDATE:
a "C"-shape to supprt the sitting-bench (as suggested by the jury) and a vertical structure that continues from the benches to create effects of light and shadow.
There you can hang pots, lights for evening, or use it as a base for climbing plants.
I'm sorry but my 3D program didn't want to create a smooth object and shaped the vertical structure with facets, and does not make shadows, so I ask you to imagine the play of shadows that can create this type of structure ...

FIRST SUBMISSION:
ribbon is formed by steel sections joined by brackets.
