The canal a new outdoor dinner experience

Inspired by the Kaiten-zushi, the Conveyor Belt of the Sushi Restaurants.

If you have eaten sushi you probably experienced the conveyor belt that carries the sushi plates around the counter.
Kaiten-zushi, known in English as "Conveyor Belt Sushi," is a type of sushi restaurant where plates of food are placed on a conveyor belt so that they can circle the entire restaurant. This type of dining was started by Yoshiaki Shiraishi in Osaka, Japan, in 1958. It quickly became a popular place for Japanese dining.

My idea is to replace the belt system with water flow; water propellent devices, powered by solar cells, activates the system and all the dishes and drinks, on floating server plates( see the details), starts to moving along the designed path.

Suitable for party- catering (all you can eat formula).
