SIAGI, which is swahili for the word butter, is incorporated in various cultures' cuisines all around the world. Within everyday cooking, butter is the basis for simply making any number of dishes, good. It is one cooking element that connects us to the rest of the culinary world. I designed the SIAGI table around this exact same concept, to make the basis of something good. Dining alfresco (outside) should be an unforgettable experience, and the basis of that wonderful & unforgettable experience should have a good setting to begin with.
