Global Dialogue

The design symbolizes people talking as shown by the semi-rounded figures
with mouths open. The 3 semi round shapes in different colors growing in  size also symbolizes a child growing up using the digital world or internet.
 

The internet is  symbolized by the two rings orbiting the heads or can also be seen as a globe.The bigger shapes are elders guiding the child.

The three shapes as said earlier represent people confering with the objective  of  coming up with a course of action for a child and youth policy that is suitable for the digital age.
