The blue circles represent the heads of citizens participating in the initiative.
They are connected to each other and form a larger circle.
This  circle

represents the initiative itself. By "putting heads together" the

dialogue is created.
There are three different sized circles outside the large circle. They
symbolize growth. On the one hand, growing up with the internet and  on the other the growth of the dialogue through the participation of the citizens.

Blue was chosen as colour for the circles because internet has to do

with technics and blue ist the common colour for links in the internet.
