I've used a child as a symbol for children/childhood, two speech bubbles as symbol for dialog and a computer mouse as a symbol for internet. The child is playing with the mouse cable as if it was a skipping rope to symbolize play. Children are often using the computer as a toy.

The opaque colors stands for the transparency that's wanted in the campaign/debate. The happy hues stands for the unworried and safe way children should be able to use the internet in.
