Making the point of working more invisible in the background to the lead idea! Being not so often present for the costumers means everything is working fine!!! Although 95 % of all worldwide supply chains wouldn't work without GXS. So finally it's not worse, hearing so often about GXS in an exaggerated view! :)

could really good imagine different advertising things playing with invisibility (for example 'the invisible hero/agent' , who cares about that all, or making things visible through smt...)
