The Idea is not mine, and I don't expect any award for posting it. Just sharing here.
It's been successfully implemented in several villages of Tunisia by ZOE onlus association, represented by Mr. Paolo Buccieri. The most challenging task was to convince local people of the effectiveness of solar energy, but since they were involved into the project they also saw the results quite promptly.
