Solar pump
I made this pump for farmers in India which should be pumping water from the ground to irrigate fields. This is my idea.

Solution

-solar panel  produces energy  for rounded rotor which  is turning

-physical power is needed to produce pressure which pulls water on the surface
-the pipe is made of rubber so rotor which turning forces water up
