Idea is like conventional piston pump or reciprocating pump. Syringe is nothing but reciprocating pump. From where the energy will come is not clear.

are we getting enough power to irrigate 1 hectare of land with 10 liters /second water flow??
10l/sec is a lot of water. This means 8cm of water per day for a 1h area. Probably this is much more than the evapotranspiration rate. Does anybody know the potential ET rate in Bihar ?
