A logo on the floor has a low impact on the city without being ignored, because when you walk often care what stomps. (Vertical totem or advertising installations can deface the city, as well as more expensive and longer approval process).
It is easy to manufacture and reversible: the square logo on red background with white S. The QR Code can be contained from the point above the S. Painted QR Code will take you to an informational website if you scan it with a mobile phone.  The qr code can contain historical information and web addresses that refer to images from the past: pictures taken exactly from where you will find the logo. With a simple shot from your phone you can see the city from the past (historical photos) or future (rendering). Look at the attached video!

When you walk through the streets of Berlin and breath its history, Berliner Sparkasse helps you to discover and remember the history of the city that is our life. The history permeates Berlin, a city that is repeatedly reborn from its ashes like a Phoenix and always has regained the strength and light to be beautiful, unique and fair, without denying or regreting the past, however watching and respecting it with love. This is the secret of Berlin and the good idea is not to forget this secret

Who will benefit from your idea, hence whom is your idea directed towards?

The idea is directed toward all those who walks trough the streets of Berlin, for work, leisure, tourism, shopping: citizens, guests and tourists. The only condition of owning a mobile phone or tablet able to decode the qr code, nowadays increasingly common. In few seconds, with a simple gesture can enrich their knowledge or be encouraged to dig in. Who waits the arrival of a friend, taxi,bus or tourists facing a modern and poor of architectural interest Street: they can see the beauty of past.

Why is your idea “good for Berlin”?

Keeps alive the history of the city which cannot and must not be forgotten; Allows you to see the city as it was or have info on it directly from the place where the information is required; If people know their city, they will love and respect it; The spread of knowledge of the past increases the chance that it will be passed; Knowledge of the past is wealth for the present and an investment in the future; It's just nice to see Berlin as it was at the beginning of the twentieth century

How many people do you think will benefit from your idea?

If tourists in berlin are 11,3mln/years and 50% of them use a mobile phone or tablet able to decode the qr code, and we can estimate that 50% of them are capable or used to use the QR decoder, and at least 5% of them decided (or have time) to decoder one of berliner sparkasse logo-code on the street floor: we can estimate 141.000 tourists in a year, only tourists and only for a point can benefit from this idea. To these it must be added the no less number of citizens, only for a point.

In what way does the Berliner Sparkasse gain visibility through your idea?

The symbol will be drawn in the main strategic points and privileged viewpoints throughout the city and serve as advertising recall even without use of the service through qr code: cultural enrichment function given by contents of qr code will give luster to the berliner sparkasse

Which kind of people and how many of them will take notice of your campaign?

Mainly tourists and ordinary citizens of Berlin, old or young people, german or strangers.

How much do you estimate the annual budget for the implementation of your idea to be?

for realization of this idea is to consider: -cost of advertising fee demanded by the public administration; -rights on documents made public (historical imagines, excerpts of text, etc.); -technical implementation costs; -maintenance costs; We can estimate that the realisation maybe costs 1000€-3000€/point The annual budget can be estimated a rate of 5%
