Using carbon nanotubes, the revive extracts water from the ground through capillary action.

The primary technology implemented in the Revive is the use of carbon nanotubes. The nanotubes line the interior of the structure's material from top to bottom and extract the water using capillary action. The carbon nanotubes are so miniscule that they extract only the H2O molecules from the ground filtering everything else out of the water. Once the water collects at the top, it then drops down to the internal reservoir where it is stored. Located at the bottom of the structure is a spigot where the water can be accessed and reused for any purpose.

The application of this design is useful in many different settings, from residential to commercial, and could even be used to harvest water in the future when it is scarce.
