If you add office, it says Never off office, as in, the office is never off. A little tongue in cheek joke. Are you aware of the "i amsterdam" campaign?
agree with kaptn... :) it's a little bit ambiguistic, it can be interpret as never be at office, means the product never sold to the office.. :( in i amsterdam, i am sterdam not containing different meaning after all... maybe never off - cool as ice, that's sound better :D anyway 8*
