Good thinking behind this. I would suggest dropping the Bridge part so that it does not get to long. Nice concept over all though.
Oh, this is deep! I guess ordinary people (like me) wouldn't get peace associations reading this name, but I like the reference to Kant very much :)

So, I actually believe this is more lateral thinking or reasoning and my try anticipating the wide range of chances in social marketing this project implies in the near future. Its not far as deep as you might think (please have in mind Stanfords claim is in German;-). Okay, Stanford is looking right now for a name for their peace project. Of course you can call it STAPPs, STAPPMAP, APPMAP, PEACE RADAR, PEACE?MAP or whatever. My intention for a (social) branding (in opposite to a simple name) was to get a story - a big picture behind the whole thing. Imagine some day there will be concrete results in research and development. So why not bringing these tools to the markets (under trademark) to generate return on investment (f.i. critical path method, case method, portfolio theory a.s.o. were practiced for the first time at universities). We are dealing with a brandnew neocybernetic scientific category here. Its a (r)evolutionary synthesis of political, informatic, economic, social sciences. So why not going one or two steps further and find even now an all-in-one-solution which is (perhaps) ready for the future ...
You both said no one would think of peace or Kant by hearing stappbridge. No prob. I agree. But in my view it doesnt even matter at all at this point - I suggest it must be screwing in ones ear and then into your mind to create suspense and interest. For example: Imagine youve never heard about Touchstone, Bridgestone, Blackstone o.s. (here: I sum up my feedback for scypestone and stappbridge). Would you think about films and movies, tires and cars, assets and investments? Probably not. What Im trying to say is: Its the story behind - more precisely - that what people feel or believe what the story behind might tell me. Besides: stappbridge could be backed at anytime by a claim to let this keyword peace being dropped.
