Here's what happened

Challenge

This global consumer goods company has updates planned. One initiative will be aimed at providing easier access to all of the consumer insights for each marketing team, in the form of interactive screens and spaces dedicated to insights learning. 
With new branding coming down the pipeline for the consumer insights team, there is a desire to gather more awareness of insights and insight gathering, as well as ensuring every marketing decision is made up using information. They want to kick it off with the launch of this evolutionary insights representation throughout the physical offices that will inspire team members to find out more about insights.  

Approach

This project is a three-phase challenge, jovoto curated six diverse creatives with a background in Service Design/Innovation for the first phase from three different countries and invited them to come up with different service design innovation, focusing on the display of different types of content. 

Outcome

The creative team came up with 13 ideas, with some being crazy outside-the-box to very simplistic but effective. After reviewing the ideas, the team decided on which elements will be the basis for the second phase.
