We have to think, from sustainability, on a new way of communicating in our packagings, the current codes are out of date and we have to rethink the experience of buying online in order to make our brand stand out from the rest.
And We must solve the large amount of waste generated in shipments. The client must perceive that the brand has taken care to send the product in perfect condition from sustainability values.
I propose 3 goals: 1) Capture the attention of our target with the appropriate online packaging. 2) shipments with "0" waste, for example in reusable containers that can be returned for free, for example. 3) Build customer loyalty, improving the shopping experience and connecting with ideals of sustainability, quality and health.
