As an illustrator and musician, I've always looked at music album covers in a different way. Nowadays, artists overuse photography and, even though I think it's a great medium of expression, drawing and illustration need to come back in the whole music industry. May be it will boost sales and people would be so proud to own an original album artwork instead of download it. Remember this Marvin Gaye album cover "I want you" by Earnie Barnes? This is a tribute to a singer.
