Office building on the site of a former fabric factory

What was the task for the work you show here?

The task was to create an office building with multiple common spaces both for the office workers as well as for the public.

What was your unique idea?

We organized all the office spaces and the other complementary spaces around an interior courtyard. Some of the other functions are a lounge area with gym, a library, a restaurant, coffee shops, a greenhouse for recreation and other functions for the wide public.
