To create a conception for the river quay development near the city center which would be transit, attractive to different social groups of citizens and visitors during any season.

The unique feature of the idea is the combination of real infrastructural solutions (pedestrian bridges, fast and slow walking levels etc) and the image associated with the context. The city was established in XVIII century thanks to the foundation a factory with dam, operating by hydraulic energy and water wheels so the history of the city is methaphorically and playfully reflected in the conception.
