Romantic Sketch is handmade illustration. Interpretation of an unfinished floral artwork based on the female market and spring/summer fashion collection. Project presented for “Work in Progress”, the second textile design brief in the Textile Orbit and Jovoto.
I created this pattern/print using pencil and watercolor. The aim of the project was to create aesthetically unfinished pattern following the briefing of Textile Orbit.
The purpose of my illustration was mixed botanical forms, handmade elements with splash of colors. Simulating a notebook and sketches but keeping the delicate and feminine look for the fashion pattern.
