For example, I am trying to learn more about the relation between 1) values we have and 2) and how we do different things in life, for example how we communicate, how we learn, how we organize, and how we have meetings.

Learning about values and about what questions to ask to discover values people have, I learned a lot from many other people. In this regard, I have found social media such as Twitter and blogs very useful.
