Solution

An empty space in town which is just waiting to be used. This time theatre workshop can pop up anywhere. People who enter the space will find costumes, props, music, stage lights, stage technician and theatre director waiting for them. They will need "to jump" into their fantasy and make a story. Afterwards "help" will come and it will become a show where people will be acting out their own stories and will be making stage-memories for life.

Explain how and why you created this work. Was it for a specific brief, etc.?

I am a theatre director and an actress. After getting my baby boy I was missing activities for the whole family. I missed activities in the cultural world where both me and my son could enjoy the fun together.

What were you trying to express?

I am making a space for collaboration and understanding. I want to see all those stories which people carry around inside told to each other. Let them see the power of everyday life and the importance of each other .

Is it 100% your original work?

The pop-up idea is old and used. The idea of the theatre workshop is even older. But the pop up theatre workshop idea used in this particular way is mine .
