Black and white Illustration using ink and paint on old books. I draw directly on the books with black ink and use the paint to erase any possible mistakes I make. I started with drawings of characters and nudes, and now I´m using the books as flipbooks doing animations.
I had a lot of old books and I didn´t want to throw them away, so I started to draw on top of them. At first, it was very difficult because I thought of them as something sacred that cannot be damage, but with time, I learned how to lose my fear. This has help me a lot in arts because now I know I can break some rules in order to be creative.
