Observation

Many companies, especially restaurants and cafes, suffered huge losses during this pandemic. The food and beverage industry was one of the most affected sectors. It was decided to close restaurants and cafes in order to prevent the spread of the disease in many countries. In some countries, these restaurants are only allowed to deliver to homes.

Conclusion

Many restaurants that lost their turnover to a great extent went bankrupt or had to lay off workers. Millions of people around the world lost their jobs for this reason in a very short time. The companies couldn't pay to their suppliers because they couldn't sell and therefore their suppliers had financial problems too. This problem spread around as a butterfly effect.

Solution

By enabling people to purchase discounted food vouchers for their favorite restaurants, it is possible to benefit from the restaurants they love after opening of the restaurants again. On the other hand the restaurants that are not yet able to do business these days can make payments such as invoices, rentals and salaries by income comes from food vouchers, and thus survive. This is a win-win idea which people can support their favorite restaurants and restaurants can continue their existence.
