Hello, I appreciate the simplicity and non-intrusive design of the object/atm. However, I don't see how it can work and make our lives easier- for me it is like a combination of a shop- because you have to go out to get it but at the same time a vending machine because the system of it is very similar.
Also, are there going to be deliveries in parks? You placed it in the park and if it is a delivery to be picked up when entering home, why in park? unless you can order picnic stuff and pick them up in park. I would recommend placing mock-ups in accurate areas (of course if it is park, be it park- but explanation would be nice)
I think that if there is more detail on ordering and delivering process- it would be much better and clearer. Currently I must say I am a bit confused and don't see the thing you want us to see- so more detailing and elaborate descriptions would do I believe.

Hi, my intentions were not to bash your design nor I am angry at it at all. I think the idea is really great and that it has a lot of potential. All that I have said is purely to help you improve on things I think might be problem. You can not offend me with any idea, I mean that is just ridiculous to be offended by someone's idea (well unless stolen right :), so this is not the case at all.
I just thought adding more descriptions and being more accurate in some areas of it could have helped you.

This is a really interesting proposition - making supermarkets 'disappear' from the landscape and replacing them with self service panels!
How could this work on a more detailed level - how would the underground system be serviced?
In an urban setting, this would actually mean no more deliveries, but just accessible stations for groceries, a scenario I could imagine!
