This idea is illustrated by three towers, constructed of polystyrene and putty. They are shaped and arranged to show the viewer three different text components through corresponding vanishing points.
Going around the assembly, one can perceive all text components in sequence and decode the hidden message. Watch the video for demonstration.
This object is the prove of concept. A simplified version can be used to build a cityscape monument that tells an interesting, hidden message about the city and it's citizens, an opinion or general statements (i.e. "reduce reuse recycle" or something).
