My floorplan tackles accessibility, replicability, sustainability, and luxury!

I am creating an apartment that inspires innovation. A light and open space with timeless proportions and luxurious features.

Here are the key points:

1. Bathroom - luxurious and spacious, with shelves for linens and toiletries.. complete with a large steam shower
2. Kitchen - contains all necessary functions and has a small refrigerator that is raised for accessibility
3. Dining/Living - contains an entertainment center that can be stowed away to increase dining space
4. Office - contains a large work space centered around 31" monitor
5. Work Area - a well-lit space with a rolling tool chest

For insulation, I have lined the entire apartment with an set of insulated walls. They provide a crisp and clean look and assist in hiding plumbing and various imperfections in the building's construction.
