I created an apartment, named b-check. I tried to include mandatory requirements and adpted them. I focused on furniture transforming. Model has some advantages and disadvantages as well. Descriptions are under every picture. Note: There is a big possibility of mistakes in english descriptions beacause of my poor language knowledge.

the table makes me think. It seems possible to join in a dinner via teleconferencing since the table is nicely build around the screen. Can't see the WebEx tools yet ;)

Pros: The storage solutions in the kitchen you show are pretty clever and creative. The dining table can be used as aconference/meeting table. Livewall...dont know exactly what it is or how works but it catches the eye.
Cons: bath maybe its too big or has too much empty space. Maybe you should exchange spaces between kitchen and bathroom. Your sliding door solution is good but kind of conceptual only...try to add some details.

LiveWall is wall with LED lights inside to enliven the room. Operation is not yet clearly defined. I will add some details more about the door ;)
very nice! you are using double rail. I like that it is not a visible rail but instead a thin line in the ceiling. Good!
I think that livewall could co$t quite much.. but i think it is worthy and will not consume too much energy...since it is LED. Maybe a similar aproach could be used in the ceiling for ilumination...what do you think?

This kind of illumination will be absolutely appropriate for the ceiling, but it should be adapted. I'm out of time but anyway, i'll try to develop something :)
Hi Tondou. your drawings are very beautiful. Only the office seems a bit small. But the colours are very nice and the fitness center is a very good idea. Perhaps you can study to make the place for a stem room in your bath: I think there's enough space. Good work.

This is a really well don layout! I really am a fan of your attention to detail ( i.e. the dining table fold out, kitchen storage) You have created really nice lines here in this space. Are you planning on implementing any sustainable materials within the space? This looks great! Kudos! : )
First, tkank you for all positive words, that gives me impetus :) There is still a lot to improve, i will focus on materials as well.
Hello, I must admit that I find your work very interesting, complete and original. Personally I love the table, how many, and the solution dedicated to the door, but I must also say that the solution for the kitchen I find it a bit uncomfortable, and perhaps even troublesome in the long run. There remains only a personal observation, on the whole I find it really nice. Greetings and good luck
Soft floor? I am confused. In my oppinion soft floor (if we think the same thing) it utterly inappropriate in the apartment.
Beautiful design, and it's come a long way, very original - Like many others, i love the table design...i think one of my only criticisms would be to not close off the office from the bedroom, as it's a small space with a good separation from the sleeping area...I think you could open that up. Also, have you considered flipping the toilet and shower spaces? It would allow the shower to be a little larger, possibly even room for a tub? I think it is also missing the sink...you could even have the shower open into the space if everything in there was okay to get wet, I stayed in a hotel like that once, it was quite interesting.

Thanks first! Flipping the toilet and showes spaces is not good idea; space will looks smaller and less spacious. Maybe you thought to change shower and sink spaces, thaht is far better solution. I'll think about this. And the sink is not missing - it is one of my solutions: sink can be closed what makes bathroom more spacious. ;)

Looks good. I'd change your primary picture to one of the renderings... I think you are missing out on views.
The details and renderings are very nice and I really liked what I was seeing, but you lose me a bit when you I get all the way to the end and the plan. Plan in far too closed off, kitchen and bath take up too much space and office is depressingly small. Could be nice if you opened this up a bit more...
The renderings are incredible. Stray away from going over the top with the colors though. Remember Graham said "love white walls!" Will lime green be "in" in 10, 15, 20 years? Remember the 70's and how well design in that decade went over in the 80's--- like a lead balloon!
Also the space is far too closed off. I couldn't imagine entertaining twelve guests in that small sliver of space.
In my opinion the angular walls are part of what is holding this design beck. Remove the hallway portion of the wall on the bedroom side. Make guests have access to the bedroom space.
I also argue that the kitchen takes up far too much floor space (same goes for the WC). Have you considered an L-shaped or single sided galley kitchen? Try flipping the kitch and putting it on the exterior wall.
I think there might even be more walls in this design than in the original apartment. Creating open space is a key element of this competition.
The office is small and coffin-like. Graham spends much time in his office doing work. Needs to be open and airy, not an afterthought in a closet.
I think with a few adjustments you would have something feasible.

your graphics are very strong ! I mean, in a very good way: I especially enjoy the way you used them in differentiating day from night settings!
And I don't. There is no "bypass route" for the people next to the window. Also, I dont understand how the table top flies in the horizontal position - there should be some accessories/fittings that spoil the face surface in the closed position...
