NEEDS

The proposal defined below is developed in function to the needs that the client presents us, some of the most important are:
The need for a space where he can keep his two peculiar bicycles.
�Work-Space.
�Kitchen
�A bedroom for two people

All of this with the requirement that seems to only have a place to develop all its activities, but not representing the restrooms as a place to eat nor the kitchen a place to sleep.

THE IDEAL

Our client also considers the need for a sustainable and friendly environmental home, for that reason, we have selected the following materials:
- Frake dais for the paving. This wood comes from controlled explotation in Africa, preventing the indiscriminate felling of trees.

- Sheetseat Model of collapsible chair made of bamboo from controlled loggings. This chair and wood have been selected because it will be an element with a strong presence in the house (up to 12 chairs), reducing the uncontrolled use of other more polluting materials.

-WC + washbasin Roca W + W which is fed by greywater that flows from the basin up to 40% capacity.
-Dishwasher with half load option, avoiding the waste of water and energy.
-Use of particle board for the realization of all the cabinets of the apartment, as well as all the furniture in the kitchen and the bed base.
Using ecological-paint white matt ClimaSano in vertical walls of drywall. This painting has different attributes such as air purification, removes odors from the house such as tabaco, is cleanable, resistant to rubbing and long lasting ...

THE PROPOSAL

The house has been planned to suffer the minimum possible variations and to accommodate all the needs that the customer might request. The house has several of static spaces and other itinerant

Statics:
-Restrooms.
-Bedroom.
-Kitchen/Dining Room
Itinerant
-Dining room for twelve people.
-Living Room.

Itinerants will complement each other and can never be displayed/ at the same time.

The Floorplant is built up on the benchmark 0.00 - 0.30 from the access. The different heights refer to the use of the premises and to facilitate the gray waters to flow from the kitchen to the studs because the kitchen has been moved from the place it should be located.
