The apartment is laid out with one basic module that contains all the requirements needed.

The basic module consist in an aluminium frame, finished with medium density fibreboards (MDF), in the space between the aluminium frame and MDF rock wool is displayed to provide acoustic isolation, where this is not necessary cardboard frame is used to lighten the structure.

The module can be moved through the space thanks to a grid of suspended tracks that allow placing them in several spots, getting this way several layouts.

The diverse sorts of furniture needed are assembled on the modules.

The module has sliding boards contained in the back that work as doors when are moved through the space.

The hide able kitchen and the bath room are arranged in a strip aligned to the internal façade.
